MetroMax i is corrosion proof with a Lifetime Warranty against rust and corrosion. It is made up of a polymer construction with stainless steel corners. The polymer shelf mats remove easily for cleaning.

MetroMax Q is corrosion resistant with a 15 year Warranty against rust and corrosion. It is made up of a epoxy coated  frame and removable polymer shelf mats.

Metro Epoxy Coated Shelving: Rust Resistant

Metro Shelving is often used in Coolers and Freezers at Grocery Stores and Restaurants. A general rule for use of wire shelving in these cold and wet environments is Do Not Use Chrome. Chrome can rust overtime in any wet environment, this can become dangerous around food storage and for the strength of the shelving.

Metro suggests using either Stainless Steel or Epoxy Coated "Metroseal3" for Coolers or Freezers. Stainless Steel can be very expensive, so Metroseal3 Epoxy Coated is a great alternative. This finish comes in a Forest Green color. This finish is corrosion resistant and has a 12 YEAR WARRANTY against rust and corrosion.
